He explained: “There are 24 open plan desks, plus two offices and training and boardrooms for rent. We can arrange bespoke packages to cover all individual business requirements.”
Each package includes site manager services, reception area and 24 hour security, along with electricity, heating, rates, free Broadband, parking, kitchenette, cleaning and general office facilities. Plus, there’s fax, photocopying, postal services, printing, screen and projector, catering and more – and no-one is tied into long-term contracts.
“Our clients can rent a desk, with or without telephone answering, PC and internet access, as often or as little as required, rent the boardroom by the hour or daily or simply use it as a business address.
Martin added: “Our telephone answering service includes answering calls in your company name, taking messages and orders, giving information or patching through only the calls you want to take. It’s very flexible.
“It’s popular with sole traders who might be on the move but need office back-up. In addition, with more than 16 years experience in payroll, bookkeeping and administration, we can meet all business management needs with a tailored package.”
